Sessions
The Sessions page lists the current-generation readiness conversations visible to you for the active company. Use it to resume active sessions, open completed summaries, find group sessions, inspect usage, or delete a session when permitted.
Open Sessions
Select Sessions in the sidebar. The header includes:
- New group session, when multiplayer is enabled; and
- New Session.
If group sessions are disabled, only the standard session action appears.
Which sessions you can see
Visibility is based on active-company membership:

| Consultant | All sessions in the active company. |
| System Admin | All sessions in the selected company. |
A card for someone else's session is marked Not yours or with the owner's name. Opening it is read-only; you cannot reply through its composer.
Legacy sessions created under the retired experience are retained in data but are not listed on this current page.
Summary statistics
Six cards summarise all visible current-generation sessions before search and filter controls are applied:
- Total Sessions
- Active
- Completed
- Total Tokens, with estimated cost
- Last 30 days
- Typical length, calculated as the median completed-session duration
An em dash for Typical length means there is not yet a usable completed-session duration.
Find a session
Search
Search sessions… matches the session title or its formatted start date. It does not search transcript text.
Status
Choose:
- All
- Active
- Completed
- Abandoned
Navaid recognises abandoned as a stored status and filter, but the current client does not automatically convert an idle session to abandoned merely because time passed.
Date range
Choose:
- All time
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 6 months
The range uses the session start date.
Sort
Sort by:
- Date — last activity or start time;
- Messages;
- Tokens; or
- Duration.
Select the active sort again to reverse its direction. Search, status, date range, and sorting can be combined.
Read a session card
Each card can show:
- your title, or a date-based fallback;
- status;
- a Group badge for multiplayer sessions;
- a read-only ownership badge;
- start date;
- elapsed or completed duration;
- message count;
- input and output token total;
- estimated token cost;
- number of assessed dimensions; and
- dimension counts grouped as Strong, Developing, Fragile, and Unknown.
These dimension counts are compact indicators, not a map thumbnail:
- Strong means an assessed L4–L5 dimension.
- Developing means an assessed L2–L3 dimension.
- Fragile means an assessed L1 dimension.
- Unknown means not assessed.
Open or resume
The destination depends on status:
- An active session opens its conversation.
- A completed session opens its summary.
- A group-session card carries its participant context and group badge.
An active session you own can be resumed from its existing transcript. A completed session is read-only and cannot be resumed from the summary page.

Delete a session
Select the trash icon on a card and confirm the permanent-deletion prompt. Deletion removes the session from the list and cannot be undone.
Only delete content you are authorised to manage. If the backend rejects deletion of a session you can view but do not own, no removal occurs. If the button produces no visible result, refresh and ask a company administrator to confirm ownership and permissions.
Deleting an old session does not mean that every company-level fact or maturity conclusion previously derived from it will automatically be reversed. Review company knowledge and the current Maturity Map separately.
Status meanings

| active | The session is open for its owner to continue and has not generated a final summary. |
| completed | Finish was completed and a summary is available. |
| abandoned | The stored session was explicitly assigned this status; no completed summary should be assumed. |
There is no user-facing “archive” action.
Data and privacy
All sessions on this page are scoped to the active company and your permissions. Company-wide maturity, tasks, and knowledge may incorporate authorised contributions from more than one user even when transcript visibility differs.
Token and cost values are usage estimates for the displayed session. They are not invoices. For budget enforcement, see Token Budgets and Usage.
Troubleshooting
A session is missing
- Confirm the correct company is selected.
- Clear search and set status to All and date range to All time.
- Confirm you own the session, have the required elevated role, or remain a participant in the group session.
- Very old legacy sessions are intentionally hidden from this page.
A session opens read-only
It belongs to another company member. Managers, Admins, Consultants, and System Admins can inspect company sessions but cannot post as the owner.
A completed session opens without some expected sections
Summary sections are conditional. Older data can also differ from the current summary shape. See Session Summary and Results for the sections currently rendered.
