Dashboard
Dashboard is the active company's starting point. It shows either a first-session prompt or a current readiness overview built from the company maturity profile, tasks, and progression snapshots.
Empty Dashboard
If the active company has no current maturity profile, Dashboard shows:
- a welcome explanation of the five-level, 15-dimension model; and
- Start your first session.
It does not fabricate maturity from legacy or unrelated sessions.
Select the action to open New Session. If useful source material exists, an authorised user can also add it under Company Knowledge before the session.
Populated Dashboard header
After the company has maturity data, the header shows:
- title UK market readiness journey;
- overall average level across assessed dimensions;
- assessed count out of 15;
- last update date;
- Open maturity map; and
- Start new session.
The average excludes unassessed dimensions. It is a high-level indicator, not a standalone decision score.
Invite and support row
The top row encourages the team to contribute. Users with intended invitation permissions can follow Invite colleagues into Company Administration; others are told to ask their company admin.
The adjacent Supported by area can display partner-support information. It is informational and is not the same as a session-summary partner recommendation.
Where you are across 15 dimensions
This card contains:
- the Layered Readiness Map;
- the L1–L5 legend;
- At risk, for assessed L1–L2 dimensions;
- On track, for assessed L4–L5 dimensions; and
- Full map.
Select an At risk or On track chip to open that dimension in the full Maturity Map.
Dimensions at L3 are neither in At risk nor On track, although they remain visible in the map and all-dimensions list.
Your journey
The journey card shows:
- Sessions completed — the number of stored maturity snapshots;
- Tasks completed — completed tasks out of generated, non-dismissed tasks loaded for the company; and
- Dimensions assessed — cumulative current coverage.
Select See full progression for the historical charts and timeline.
Critical tasks
Dashboard shows up to three open tasks with critical priority. Each card can include:
- priority;
- executive role;
- title and description;
- dimension;
- target level transition; and
- evidence label.
Select All tasks to open the complete task list. If there are no open critical tasks, Dashboard says so; this does not necessarily mean there are no high, medium, or low tasks.
All dimensions
The final section lists all 15 dimensions with:
- name and description;
- a progress bar;
- current level and level name; or
- Not assessed.
Select a row to inspect its confidence, rationale, evidence progress, and last update on Maturity Map.
What Dashboard does not contain
The current Dashboard does not show a Recent Sessions list. Open Sessions for conversation history and search.
Dashboard also does not replace:
- Maturity Map for evidence detail;
- Tasks for workflow controls;
- Progression for historical snapshots; or
- Overview for multi-company comparison.
How values update
- Maturity values change as authorised sessions interpret evidence.
- Journey snapshots are recorded around completed sessions.
- Task totals change when tasks are created, completed, dismissed, or restored.
- Data follows the active company.
Refresh if another team member completed a session while you had Dashboard open.
Troubleshooting
Dashboard is empty even though another company has sessions
Check the active company. Each company has its own maturity profile.
Average maturity looks unexpectedly high or low
Only assessed dimensions contribute. Open the map to review coverage, levels, confidence, and rationale.
An expected critical task is missing
Only the first three open critical tasks are shown. It may also have been completed or dismissed. Open Tasks and clear its filters.
Invite colleagues fails
Manager-level navigation may expose the Company area, but user-management authority belongs to Admin, Consultant, and System Admin roles. Ask one of those roles to send the invitation.
